- Title deed (or bondholder's copy)
- Identity document of all registered owners
- Marriage certificate or ANC (if applicable)
- Divorce decree (if applicable)
- Approved building plans
- Rates and taxes account (uMngeni or relevant municipality)
- Body corporate / HOA levy statements
- Compliance certificates
- Electrical COC, plumbing, beetle, gas, electric fence
- Seller disclosure document
