What's the difference between Featured and Verified?
Featured is a paid status that gives your listing priority placement in search results and category pages. Verifiedmeans we've checked your business credentials (like EAAB registration for estate agents). Payment never grants Verified status — it must be earned through our verification process.
How long do Featured listings last?
Featured listings are available in 30, 60, or 90-day packages. When your Featured period expires, your listing automatically reverts to Standard status (if paid) or Free status. You can renew at any time.
How do lead fees work?
We track enquiries routed to your listing and provide monthly reports. Lead fees are invoiced manually based on agreed terms — there's no automatic billing. Contact us to discuss lead fee arrangements for your listing tier.
Can I change my package later?
Yes! You can upgrade your listing at any time. Downgrades take effect when your current paid period ends. Contact us for pro-rata calculations on mid-cycle changes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payments via PayFast (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) and EFT bank transfers. For EFT payments, we'll send you an invoice with banking details.
